The selection for the month varies by date. 

March 4: Maple Bacon Baked Beans: the perfect combination of soothing, savoury, and sweet. 24hr slow cooked Quebec style beans served with smoked sausage and honey cornbread muffin $12 per serving

March 6: Beef and Shrimp Egg Rolls: 2 per serving stuffed with the traditional fillings of beef, shrimp, cabbage, carrots, and ginger. Served with homemade duck sauce and a side of veggie fried rice. (Shrimp free egg rolls available on request.) $13.50 per serving

March 11: Breakfast for Dinner: It’s March Break!! Let’s treat the kiddos to some artisanal pop tarts. Flaky pie crust filled with a wild Nova Scotian blueberries and cream and finished with citrus glaze and rainbow sprinkles. Served with breakfast potatoes, 2 sausages, and 2 eggs per person. Cook them how you like them best.  $13.50 per serving

March 13: Pork Souvlaki with Spanakopita Pita: 2 marinated pork skewers per serving grilled to perfection. Served with homemade tzatziki for dipping and accompanied by a jumbo soft freshly made pita that’s stuffed with traditional spanakopita filling $14.75 per serving

March 18: No Meat No Problem Indian Edition: Palak & Chana Paneer (a delicious curry made with a firm pressed cheese, chickpeas, and spinach) and Aloo Gobi (A hearty cauliflower and potato curry) served with a side of basmati rice  $13.75 per serving

March 20: Orange Soy Chicken Stuffed Onigiri with Japanese Potato Salad: 2 super satisfying stuffed rice balls per person wrapped in nori and served with refreshing and creamy Japanese style potato salad made the traditional way with mashed potatoes.  $14 per serving

March 25: Beef Stroganoff w/ Egg Noodles: Fork tender beef & mushrooms slow simmered in a tangy gravy seasoned with sour cream. Serve with buttered egg noodles and a thick slice of soda bread for dipping. $15.50 per serving

March 27: Chicken and Black Bean Enchiladas: Shredded chicken, cheese, onions, and beans wrapped in corn tortillas and baked in a rich tomato sauce. Served with a side of Spanish rice pilaf. $14.75 per serving

Charcuterie Platter: A gorgeous presentation that’s hearty enough for snacking up to 6 people. We work with local butchers and farmers to source the best products when available. This display features 3-4 cured meats, house preserved vegetables, 3-4 Artisan cheeses, pickles, homemade chutneys, and an assortment of fresh baked bread and crackers. Vegetarian Charcuterie available on request. $100

Dips & Chips: Silky smooth red pepper hummus topped with feta, oil, and Zatar. Roasted Mushroom & goat cheese pate. Served with artisan crackers, pita chips, and bread. $40

Finger Sandwiches: 2 dozen mini sandwiches served on freshly baked homemade bread. Assortment to include cucumber and herbed cheese, cranberry Brie chicken salad, black forest ham with cheddar and pesto mayo, roast beef with horseradish mayo and picked red onions. $80

Dessert Charcuterie Platter: Eye catching and sophisticated enough to impress the group, but still so fun the kids will go nuts! A bountiful presentation of assorted homemade cookies and artisan marshmallows with chocolate dipped strawberries, house made dipping sauces and the best high end artisanal candies. Serves 4-8 $80

Dream S’mores: 2 flavours of handmade marshmallows, 3 assorted premium chocolate bars in accompanying flavours, and 12 jumbo homemade molasses graham cookies. Chef highly recommends hunting outside for the perfect stick to roast the marshmallows. Your inner 6-year-old will squeal! Gluten free grahams or halal marshmallows available on request. Serves 6 jumbo s’mores and 12 additional marshmallows. $60

Breakfast Quesadillas - These whole wheat tortillas are filled with scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, black beans, an ultra-fine dice of sauteed onion, pepper, and mushrooms, and a tangy ta co sauce. Pop them in the toaster and breakfast is hot and ready to go in minutes. (The ultra fine dice on the veggies adds fiber and nutrients but masks the texture from picky eaters. Great for tricking the kids into more veggies.) $18 for a 6 pack

Red Wine Beef Stew - 
Always the crowd’s favourite, this dish is based on Julia Child’s classic beef bourguignon with a rich and decadent broth, carrots, and mushrooms. Served over creamy garlic parmesan mashed potatoes. $38 serves 2

Classic Lasagna - 
The definition of comfort. This lasagna is made with Italian sausage, beef, and sautéed spinach with homemade ricotta in a traditional marinara sauce. Served with a jumbo homemade garlic bread $32 serves 2

Bougie Biscuit Pizzas - 
Delicious and adorable? Yes please! Each pizza is roughly 6” diameter on a flaky butter biscuit crust. Topped with a creamy pesto sauce, Prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, artichokes, and goat cheese. Vegetarian Pizza available on request. $30 for 2

Balsamic Roasted Vegetables in Phyllo -  
Smoky fire grilled vegetables in a light balsamic marinade stacked with tangy goat cheese and wrapped in irresistible flaky phyllo packets. Served with a side of wild rice pilaf. $32 for 2

Dulce de Leche Filled Whoopie Pies - 
Classic tender chocolate cookie cakes filled with fluffy marshmallow cream with a center or perfectly salted dulce de leche. $25 for 6 pack

Chef’s Choice Cheesecake - 
Cheesecake is my absolute favourite dessert and I simply can’t be tied to just one recipe. Order this and I will make you my current seasonal obsession. $9 per slice

Freshly Baked Cookies - 
Warm cookies right out of the oven in a scenic lodge? Yes Please!! This pack contains 6 jumbo triple chocolate chunk cookie dough balls and 6 lightly lemon scented sugar cookie dough. You bake them off and dig in! $24 per dozen

Private Chef & Catering Experience

You don’t need to lift a finger! Chef Audrey will arrive at your cottage one hour before service to set up and prepare your meal. She’ll serve dinner and help keep the party running smoothly. All the dishes will be done, leftovers packed up, and trash taken out at the end of the event.

Tapas & Small Bites

Work with Chef Audrey to design your perfect small plates menu. 5-6 custom dishes and platters based on your favourite flavours. It’s enough food for a full meal but service is more relaxed and less formal. Perfect for any occasion from elegant girl’s night to tailgate style game night. $350 minimum (Serves 4) + $45 for each additional person

3 Course Meal

Dinner to impress and you just relax. Work with Chef Audrey to design a 3-course menu tailored specifically to you and your guests. Soup, salad, or pasta starter, followed by the main course with a protein of your choice, and finished with one of Audrey’s craveable desserts. What more could you ask for? $300 minimum (Serves 4) + $40 for each additional person
